In the modern world, most everyone spends a great deal of time indoors. We used to spend much of our time outside moving. What we have become are people that are spellbound by hypnotic things such as smartphones, television and microwaves.
This causes us to become extremely lazy. We live our lives through people in the movies or Facebook feeds. This is not the real world and people get sucked into it and live through that lense. It is time to get away from these types of influences and live OUR lives.
One very important way to do that is to get outside and get moving. Get outside and away from the all the dust and wifi in the home. Get in touch with nature and the sounds of the birds singing not the noise of television and social media.
And lets really get moving. This does not mean walking over to the microwave and making that T.V. dinner. Any lazy bastard can do that. Make a real meal.
Stop Smartphone Addiction
This is the modern problem we deal with. All these modern conveniences have caused us to ultimately become addicted. How many times have you seen people at social gatherings and almost everyone has a smartphone in their hand while being “social”. I am not gonna lie, I have done this myself and it is a terrible addiction.
Do not let this device have control over you. Mentally tell yourself this and then go outside and take a walk. Take back control of your life and do not let these modern vices control you.
A good way to take back control of you is to learn to enjoy the outdoors again. Learn to not live through the negativity of the news and television.
Socialize with real people again and not your Facebook feed.
Learn to get outside and get moving!
But leave your smart phone at home.
